(1) If someone implements a proposal without obtaining approval in accordance with section 6 or if it is implemented in a way that is contrary to what was approved, the designated authority may immediately stop the implementation of such proposal in accordance with sub-section (1) of section 18.< br> (2) The proposer shall not be entitled to claim any kind of compensation if the implementation of any proposal is prohibited in accordance with sub-section (1).
(3) In the case of a proposal that has not been approved in accordance with sub-section (1), if approval is obtained after completing the process as per section 6, and in the case of a proposal that has been implemented contrary to what was approved, if it is corrected in accordance with the proposal, the designated authority may release the implementation of such proposal.
